LOS ANGELES -- JAMS hosted an open house on Thursday evening to mark the opening of its new Los Angeles Resolution Center, now located on the 45th floor of 515 South Flower St. The event brought together members of the legal community, including practitioners who regularly appear in mediation and arbitration matters.
Guests toured the redesigned facility, which reflects JAMS' ongoing commitment to creating environments that support innovation, collaboration, and high-quality client service. The new center features 38 conference rooms, including an arbitration room, an international arbitration center, multiple mediation rooms, client and arbitration lounges, an executive boardroom and dedicated workspace for attorneys.
Attendees viewed the space's modern yet historica lly influenced design, which incorporates sustainable materials, integrated technology and amenities intended to accommodate both in-person and hybrid proceedings. Many of the rooms feature large screens, high-speed connectivity, and enhanced camera systems to support virtual participation and allow for clear communication among all parties.
Speaking to attendees, Kimberly Taylor, JAMS CEO and President, emphasized the strategic significance of the relocation.
