COUNSEL DIVISION OF ENFORCEMENT

The U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission's Los Angeles office is seeking an experienced trial attorney to handle federal court actions and administrative proceedings.
Responsibilities include the prosecution of federal Securities law violations, including financial reporting fraud, insider trading, offering fraud, and violations by regulated entities and persons. Candidates should have extensive federal court litigation experience in civil or criminal cases. Knowledge of the federal securities laws and the securities industry and familiarity with civil, regulatory and criminal enforcement law and practice are desirable. Bar membership is required. We are actively seeking a diverse work force. Salary
range is $150,007-$246,900 depending on
qualifications and experience.
