Clinical Professor of Law

Loyola Law School, Los Angeles invites applications for a full-time clinical professor position to join Loyola's Legal Research & Writing (LRW) program. This clinical professor will teach two sections of the legal writing component of the required first-year LRW course, which introduces students to legal research, writing, and analysis. The clinical professor will also teach one other course, subject to the candidate's interests and the school's needs. The initial appointment is a two-year provisional contract beginning in 2021-2022, which may ultimately be renewed for unlimited, successive five-year periods. Applicants must have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent academic credentials and must be committed to teaching legal writing. Significant legal practice and teaching experience are preferred.
