SAN BERNARDINO -- Judge Aruna P. Rodrigo compares presiding over family law cases to a soccer match.
"When I am a judge I feel like a referee," he said. "I am the person that can help people resolve an unfortunate situation."
He is referring to litigants who walk into his courtroom to argue out their divorces and child custody arrangements.
