HAYWARD - The decision was not momentous: when to schedule the deposition? But during a routine meeting in his courtroom at the Alameda County Superior Court, Judge Delbert Gee showed some teeth.
"I'm perilously close to ordering you to come in on the weekend," he told the attorneys, who argued over whose fault it was that they had not found a date yet.
