SAN BERNARDINO - Before he decided to hit the law books, Judge Christopher J. Warner dabbed up blood after surgeries as a hospital orderly in hopes of getting experience to become a doctor someday.

Though Warner didn't have the money needed to pursue medical school at the time, he eventually went on to become a civil attorney and San Bernardino County Superior Court judge.
