COMPTON - A colored-pencil drawing hangs on one wall in Judge Paul A. Bacigalupo's chambers. The illustration, featuring a peace symbol and the scrawled slogan, "Be the change you want to see in this world," reflects to a surprising degree Bacigalupo's professional and personal ethos.
