LOS ANGELES - If you thought judges have it easy just sitting up there listening to arguments and making decisions, think again.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Patrick Walsh said he's ruled on close to 600 writs of habeas corpus in his 11 years on the bench but granted review in only two or three cases.
