VISTA - When Mike Imhoff agreed to take on the first juvenile dependency courtroom outside downtown San Diego, he accepted the one-year assignment with characteristic good humor.
That was in 1994. He's still there.
"They couldn't get any volunteers," Imhoff said, bursting into a belly laugh.
