VISTA - Lawyers hoping to sway a jury should think of themselves as salespeople trying to close a deal. That's the advice of Richard E. Mills, a Superior Court trial judge in Vista.
As a young lawyer, Mills once asked his friend, the general manager of a big car dealership, for advice on how to build his practice.
