SAN FRANCISCO - In a profession filled with buttoned-up, intense personalities, Ellen L. Chaitin tries to keep the mood in her courtroom casual.
With her feet propped up on her desk at San Francisco County Superior Court, she recalled a recent humorous moment she had with a jury in a slip-and-fall case.
