OAKLAND - When she arrived at the Wiley E. Manual criminal courthouse last year, Alameda County Superior Court Judge Yolanda N. Northridge could peer down the hallway from the bench and see her husband, Judge Robert D. McGuiness, whose courtroom was at the other end.
