Jerry Brown in July 2018. Served on the Alameda County Superior Court since 2014. She clerked for both Justice David H. Souter on the U.S. Supreme Court and William A. Norris on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Tucher was assistant director of the U.S. Department of the Treasury's White House Security Review Team from 1994 to 1995 and a Santa Clara County deputy district attorney from 1995 to 1998. She was an associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP from 1998 to 2004 and a partner with the firm from 2004 to 2014.

HAYWARD - Alameda County Superior Court Judge Alison Tucher likes to think of herself
as a lightning rod in her busy family law courtroom, where emotions frequently run
high.
"My job is to stand up and attract this conflict and be grounded and carry to ground
