VISTA - Probate has always fascinated Judge Richard G. Cline. It tends to illuminate human frailties at their worst: greed, lust, anger, addiction.
"There's all this turmoil," he said.
Cline recently got a taste of it as he tried to sort out competing claims to the estate of musician and record producer Ike Turner, who died of a cocaine overdose in 2007.
