LOS ANGELES - Mike Levanas is used to the probate battles. On a good day, it's an elderly person fighting for his or her dignity.
All too often, however, it's a donnybrook between adult children competing for every dollar of a deceased parent's estate.
"There are days after a big fight that I want to rewrite the Probate Code," Levanas said, gritting his teeth.
