      LOS ANGELES - U.S. District Judge Stephen V. Wilson's chambers are not the staid and removed preserve that norm or tradition might dictate.
      The judge's office is sometimes the scene of pointed debate between opposing counsel, and on most days it also is the scene of some syncopation and even a little improvisation.
