VICTORVILLE - In his 17 years on the bench, Judge Eric M. Nakata has presided over 192 jury trials. He's already in his 12th felony trial this year.
The former prosecutor is so busy in fact that while one jury is deliberating, he's starting another criminal case.
"We are constantly in trial," he said.
