Chief Judge Alex Kozinski calls Circuit Judge Sidney Runyan Thomas "The Prince of Wales," a jocular nod to Thomas' place in line to succeed Kozinski in 2014 at the helm of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
