FULLERTON - In 1976, Gov. Jerry Brown appointed a Robert A. Knox to the Orange County bench.
In 2013, he did it again.
The second time, the appointee was the first judge's son, a fact that the new Judge Knox finds deeply gratifying - and amusing.
