LOS ANGELES - His very first encounter with a judge convinced Carl Moor that it was the job for him. The occasion came during the summer after Moor's second year at Yale Law School, when the Munger Tolles & Olson LLP summer associate was sent to observe his first courtroom hearing before U.S. District Judge Mariana Pfaelzer.
