CHULA VISTA - While attending the University of San Diego School of Law, Stephanie Sontag planned to become a tax attorney.
"I never wanted to be in the courtroom," Sontag said, seated in her chambers in the Chula Vista courthouse, where she serves as supervising judge.
But in 1982, she started clerking at Dorazio, Barnhorst, Goldsmith & Bonar and everything changed.
