SACRAMENTO - Deputy District Attorney Carlton G. Davis was beginning to wonder when the judge would issue a ruling.
"After about three weeks, I called his clerk and asked, 'What's taking so long?'" Davis said. "She told me, 'He's going over all the transcripts and wants to make sure he makes the right decision.'"
