SAN JOSE - Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Mary Jo Levinger is approaching retirement this fall and admits being "in denial a little bit" about the end of her career on the bench.

"I have such a structured life," Levinger said. "Not having any plans is somewhat liberating and somewhat scary."
