Recently in Judge Julie R. Culver's courtroom, a murder defendant walked into his jury trial in prison garb, and, in an odd twist, had a mustache drawn on his face.
"He was a very unique individual," Culver said simply. "The things we see on a daily basis - it's remarkable."
