SAN PEDRO - Judge Roy L. Paul wrapped up his most recent trial in the San Pedro courthouse in early February. He said it was the most fascinating case he's seen in 12 years on the Los Angeles County Superior Court bench. It was also the last trial he'll hear from the bench in San Pedro.
