FULLERTON - If an open trial court is Commissioner Ronald E. Klar's bread and butter, drug court is his dessert.
"It's my baby," he said.
In the eight years Klar has presided over the collaborative court, his commitment has never wavered, even during his recent six months in a high-volume, misdemeanor arraignment court.
