NORWALK - A glance around Thomas I. McKnew Jr.'s chambers offers a quick snapshot of a man who has spent the majority of his life in service to both his country and the laws that define it. Railroad lights have been turned into end tables and serve as mementos from his long career with the Santa Fe Railway. Military commendations hang on his walls, identifying a man who spent a large portion of his life in uniform.<... (continued)
