His cases against the peeper who posted a voyeuristic video of sportscaster Erin Andrews online and the hacker who leaked nude images of actress Scarlett Johansson made nationwide headlines. But to put those defendants in prison, he and his colleagues at the U.S. attorney’s office had to adjust their approach.
