LOS ANGELES — Judge Mary H. Strobel has been caught, for much of the past year, in the middle of governments’ COVID-19 shutdown orders and the damage those decrees have caused to businesses.
She’s ordered gyms to close for failing to comply with Los Angeles County orders and upheld a Los Angeles city order declaring gun stores non-essential, according to news reports.
