VISTA — Active in the 4-H organization since childhood, Commissioner Kelly C. Mertsoc rose to the rank of head adult director of one of the youth mentoring group’s summer camps.
“Depending on the year it can be up to 250 people,” she said.
Mertsoc is no stranger to dealing with a large number of people. The main difference in her day job is that she deals mostly with those who are old enough to drive.... (continued)
