Dawn Collins has 20 years of experience as a civil litigator, but she places an emphasis on litigation prevention measures for her corporate clients, including conducting workplace investigations, ensuring best practices related to discharge, discipline, leaves and reductions, drafting employment agreements, and complying with wage and hour laws. She is often called upon to defend clients in high-stakes wage and hour class actions alleging violations of federal and California wage and hour laws.

Tae Kim represents corporate clients in high-stakes wage and hour class and representative actions, and single plaintiff discrimination harassment claims. Her wage and hour work includes the defense of disputes involving misclassification, commissions, meal and rest breaks, off-the-clock work and piece rate compensation as well as advising clients on wage and hour compliance and conducting audits. She also regularly advises clients on best practices related to terminations, leaves of absence and accommodations, as well as conducting workplace investigations.

Simon Adams joined Nossaman LLP as partner in San Francisco.

Simon Adams is a partner in Nossaman's Real Estate Practice Group with more than 20 years of experience. He has handled leasing transactions and construction contract matters for a variety of commercial, retail and industrial spaces, including professional offices, technology laboratories, data centers, telecom towers, and brick and mortar stores. He also advises on acquisitions, dispositions and sale and leaseback arrangements and provides counsel on financing issues, as necessary.

Adams counts among his clients major information technology and telecommunications companies, pharmaceutical corporations, medical insurance providers, pension finance firms, and banks. Ellis has worked alongside government groups: Department of Toxic Substances Control, California Public Utilities Commission, Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, California Air Resources Board, Regional Water Quality Control Boards and Caltrans.

Olga Vitalyevna Mack joined California Law Revision Commission in Dublin.

Mack started her legal career as an IP litigator at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Most recently, she was general counsel at ClearSlide from 2015 to 2017.

Mack is a co-founder of SunLaw Network, an organization that helps the next generation of women general counsel and in-house leaders by providing peer mentoring and connecting with current general counsel.

Schoknecht and Jennifer Jordan McCall, representing mutual clients. Brugh served as senior vice president at Wells Fargo Private Bank before moving to Goldman Sachs. He said leaving Goldman Sachs was a "tough decision."

"I always thought I'd return to the practice of law, and I wanted to return to law while I still had enough of my career left to build out a substantial practice," he said.

Robert J. Kovacev joined Norton Rose Fulbright LLP as partner in San Francisco and Washington, D.C..
