Rhonda Mallory

Rhonda Mallory is a neutral with Signature Resolution with a background in public entity law. After working in the private sector for fifteen years in insurance defense, she joined the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), as a deputy attorney handling employment litigation matters, complex tort matters, including dangerous condition of public property cases, and eminent domain matters for the High Speed Rail Authority and Caltrans projects. Most recently, she was a supervising deputy attorney general for the torts and condemnation section with the Department of Justice, where she managed a team of attorneys handling excessive force and civil rights claims, public liability tort cases and eminent domain and inverse condemnation.
