Hassan Shaikh

Hassan Shaikh's practice focuses on advising a broad range of clients--with a primary focus on health plans, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), rebate aggregators, providers, and private equity firms--in contract negotiations, complex industry transactions, and compliance and regulatory matters. He regularly counsels plans, PBMs, rebate aggregators, and providers on regulatory, operational and contracting matters. Hassan uses his extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical supply chain and prior private equity M&A experience to advise clients investing in the industry on structural considerations, corporate matters, regulatory requirements and compliance risks, and business challenges and opportunities. Hassan has extensive experience in contracting matters, complex due diligence reviews, fraud and abuse risks, licensing, and regulatory and change of ownership filings.
