Former Autonomy exec objects to HP-plaintiffs' shareholder suit settlement

Represented by John W. Keker, San Francisco-based partner at Keker & Van Nest LLP, Sushovan Hussain - Autonomy's former chief financial officer - filed a motion to intervene in an attempt to object to the HP settlement.

When Hewlett-Packard Co. and some of its shareholders announced a settlement in June over the botched $11 billion buy of a British software business, they agreed to resolve the class action against HP and its executives by joining together to instead file claims against former higher-ups at the acquired company.


On Monday, one of those former executives at Autonomy Corp. fought back.
