Coastal Commission Can Issue Findings After Decision Is Made

California Coastal Commission (Catellus Residential Group) , 107 Cal.App.4th 1030 (1st Dist. 2003), the court held that the California Coastal Commission may adopt formal written findings after its approval of a project.
