Judges Want Sanctions in Putman's RICO Case
SANTA ANA - Huntington Beach attorney Philip Putman, who filed a federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act lawsuit against nine Orange County judges and one Riverside County judge last month, has been notified by the county counsel that the jurists will file a motion requesting sanctions against Putman if the attorney does not drop his suit.
