Politically-charged suit tossed by 10th federal judge to hear it

A judge dismissed a politically charged lawsuit brought by the Pasadena Republican Club against The Western Justice Center, its former director and the city of Pasadena after the center canceled a speaking event which was to feature a prominent legal scholar who believes marriage should be between a man and a woman.
