9th Circuit considers arguments to revive porn actress’ suit against Trump

Having terminated her former counsel for the case against Michael Avenatti in March, Stormy Daniels appeared with new counsel before a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel to bid for a remand in the case Tuesday.

A recent 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision limiting the applicability of anti-SLAPP in federal cases should justify the revival of Stormy Daniel's case against President Donald J. Trump, an attorney for the former adult film actress argued Tuesday.
