US judge sides with insurer in business interruption case filed by barber

San Diego federal judge Cathy A. Bencivengo has thrown out another COVID-19 related business interruption insurance complaint filed by a Poway-based barbershop.

A federal judge in San Diego dismissed a business interruption coverage lawsuit filed by a barber, following the actions of several other judges across the nation who have sided with insurance companies.
