Stormy Daniels must pay Trump’s legal fees, 9th Circuit says
“The district court correctly held that the fees, costs, and sanctions order issued on Dec. 11, 2018 was a final judgment that did not require a separate document,” the court wrote.
The porn star known as Stormy Daniels must pay former President Donald Trump $300,000 in attorneys fees, following her failed bid to sue Trump for defamation after he denied paying her $130,000 to remain quiet about an affair she said she had with him, a federal appeals court ruled.
"I will go to jail before I pay a penny," Daniels, whose given name is Stephanie Clifford, tweeted.
