Since joining the ACLU SoCal in 2016 as Equal Justice Works Emerson Fellow, Andrés Dae Keun Kwon has worked on the intersection of immigrants' rights, policing, and criminal legal system reform. Since 2019, Andrés has coordinated the Check the Sheriff coalition, which alongside more than 120 community and labor organizations successfully urged the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors to place Measure A on the ballot for the upcoming election.
